The structure of the Foundation Sara is supported on three equally important pillars: employees, volunteers and partners. The lack of such a pillar means weakening the structure, risking the life of the institution.
Staff:
The first pillar is to the officials, who are the support structure of the Foundation Sara. Remember that although many activities are undertaken by volunteers, the Foundation's organizational system requires a staff to develop activities that are not possible to be conducted by volunteers. We have the professional staff of social work, psychology, nursing, housekeeper, office assistants, fundraisers, marketing professionals, drivers, among others.
Partnerships:
The second pillar is what is responsible for the maintenance of the institution. Notably, there is no life without a good way to gain resources for the costing of the institution and all its social projects. Our main partners our members who contribute monthly. Although we have some business partnerships that allow us to accomplish many projects.
In our experience, we observed that the difficulty to win partnerships with companies is great. Perhaps the very socio-economic situation of the region and the political-economic scenario that we have experienced. So this is a great challenge of the Foundation Sara.
Volunteers:
This pillar is to the Foundation Sara extremely important. The voluntary sector has exclusive management and consists of 12 teams. The work done by volunteer lends credibility and visibility for the institution, and is a great opportunity to demonstrate to society all their involvement and responsibility with the social problems of their region.
Among the volunteers are all officers and directors, who are professionals in various skills that work in different segments of society and serve the Foundation without compensation.
