Foundation Sara - Organizational Structure

The Administrative and Financial Board has under his care and responsibility values of the Foundation. It is she who evaluates the best applications and invests the surplus. It is also purpose of this board to promote and administer the collection of revenue, payment of the costs and accounts for them under the responsibility of a trained accountant.

The Board of Administrative and Financial presents to the Board the monthly balance sheets, the annual report on the financial and accountability, which should be directed to the Audit and Manager for review and approval, giving these agencies the additional information as may be sought.

It is also the duty of the Administrative and Financial Management provide forecasts and budgetary planning, strategic planning to develop medium and long term fundraising and seek agreements or contracts with public agencies and private, to subsidize the welfare of the institution.
