The institution is structured as if there was a "provider company" responsible for organizing and enable human resources, financial and material resources to be invested in "other company" which, in turn, provides assistance to children and adolescents affected by cancer and congenital anemias. The sum of these "two companies" call Sara Foundation.

The child is the center of attention, therefore, all actions and initiatives should be directed directly to the center.

All boards are working in order to meet the social needs of the board, ie they must provide sufficient human, financial and social tasks to meet all the needs of children and adolescents assisted by the Foundation Sara.

All employees, directors and volunteers serve as removers of obstacles, always facilitating the treatment and offering the best conditions of life of children assisted.
